Urban Vision appoints Damian Masters as Strategic Property Director

Urban Vision is delighted to announce the appointment of Damian Masters, who will take on the role of Strategic Property Director.

A chartered surveyor with over 20 years experience, Damian joins from his own Property Consultancy that he established in 2014, where he acted for a variety of public and private sector clients including, Middlesbrough Council, the office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Greater Manchester and the Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Service.

Urban Vision has for the past 12 years provided property, infrastructure, regeneration and planning services to Salford City Council and to a range of public and private sector clients across the UK. Damian’s role will help to transform the way in which Salford City Council uses its property and estates portfolio and support them in delivering their existing and emerging regeneration, housing, education and commercial strategies.

Damian will also initially advise on, support and negotiate a range of important Council-led projects at strategic geographies, including Salford Central (Greengate, New Bailey, Middlewood Locks and around the University Campus) and the rejuvenation of a number of town centres, across the city.
