Urban Vision’s Planning Team have managed a planning application for a development that will bring a 21-storey building and provide 199 apartments to the New Bailey area in Salford.
The new development is part of a wider regeneration of the Salford Central Area and is the third building to be granted full planning permission for apartment buildings that will be known as the Slate Yard. The proposed plans also mean that the community area around the apartments will also benefit from a range of improvements including improved ancillary facilities and landscaping and public realm developments.
Urban Vision staff used their planning expertise to assess the planning application made for the development and to decide whether or not to put it forward to the Council and make a recommendation to grant planning permission.
After Urban Vision made the recommendation it was approved by Salford City Council’s Planning Panel and work on the development is now set to begin alongside two other previously approved apartment buildings.
