At Urban Vision, we firmly believe our people are our strongest asset. We put the very best policies and practices in place to attract, retain and motivate the highest quality employees.
Investing in learning and development
We recognise that everyone has different needs, objectives and aspirations for their career, so we offer a variety of opportunities for our employees to develop technical, professional and personal skills.
We provide an environment that encourages staff to use the skills they have, create opportunities to learn and to develop as an individual. Our ability to satisfy our clients rests on the skills of our people so we offer a variety of training methods to support this, including mandatory training, mentoring, professional development / CPD and classroom based training.
We actively recruit and develop apprentices as they are a valuable part of our workforce and the future of our company.
An apprenticeship is an exciting way for a young person to begin their career journey and many of our apprentices continue on to study for a HNC/D or degree in their chosen discipline and become a fully qualified professional.
Each year we recruit a number of apprentices in a number of areas including Civil Engineering, Business Administration and Construction Management. We support our apprentices to achieve national academic and professional qualifications as well as providing valuable hands on experience on real, live projects.
If you’re interested in an apprenticeship at Urban Vision, find out more HERE or please contact email@example.com
