An apprenticeship is an exciting way for a young person to begin their career journey and many of our apprentices continue on to study for a HNC/D or degree in their chosen discipline and become a fully qualified professional.
Each year we recruit a number of apprentices in a number of areas including Civil Engineering, Business Administration and Construction Management. We support our apprentices to achieve national academic and professional qualifications as well as providing valuable hands on experience on real, live projects.
