The Property Services team at Urban Vision is responsible for the provision of a comprehensive property advice service and has an excellent track record in delivering strategic advice and implementing property-based solutions on behalf of public and private sector clients.

With vast experience, Urban Vision is placed at the forefront of understanding issues and delivering advice to the public sector in a way that is unique amongst private sector consultancies.

The Property Services team approximates 45 staff, including 16 chartered surveyors, who provide the necessary skills and capacity to meet the demands of clients. Our team is also complemented by a working partnership with colleagues from Capita Symonds regional offices.

With a growing client base and a national sphere of activity, our services include:
