Urban Vision was appointed by Parkway Green Housing Trust to carry out boundary improvements and driveway upgrades to communal car parking areas.

The project comprises environmental improvements and the provision of improved parking across this large ‘garden city’ estate in South Manchester and will be completed on site in April 2012.

Designs have been developed through an extensive programme of community consultation and improvements focus on reducing on street parking and creating defensible space through the provision of in-curtilage parking with new boundary treatments and gates.

The scheme also includes the creation of new access roads and communal parking areas. These incorporate improvements to greens, including new tree planting.
