Peter Eccleston is Urban Vision’s Director of Building Consultancy,  responsible for the day to day management of the Salford based multidisciplinary offering which includes, Building Surveying, Project Management, Cost Consultancy (QS), M & E Design & Surveying and CDM Coordination.

Pete has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, managing multidisciplinary teams and projects ranging in value and complexity. Pete has an excellent working knowledge of the design and construction process achieved through over 25 years experience in the construction professional services arena.

Prior to working at Urban Vision, Pete held senior positions with URS, Scott Wilson, Chesterton and Atkins. Pete has also worked in the public sector managing teams and projects for Warrington Borough Council and Trafford MB Council.

Pete has worked within a variety of sectors including MOJ, Education, Commercial, NHS and Residential with a particular focus on business development and client relationship management.
