In addition to our design services for a number of major residential and mixed use schemes, our Regeneration Group has extensive experience in assisting clients in the acquisition of land and property by agreement or through the use of CPO powers where necessary.

The Housing and Assets Group provides a range of services specifically tailored to the needs of our housing clients, including right to buy valuations, housing resource accounting and strategic advice and action relating to non-housing asset management.

We also provide extensive property maintenance services, including all services falling under building surveying and building maintenance.
