Urban Vision is a ground breaking multi-disciplinary organisation, delivering an extensive range of property development and regeneration services, from pre-application planning advice through to comprehensive project management and scheme delivery.

Formed through a joint venture between Salford City Council, Capita Symonds and Morrison Highways Maintenance (now part of the Galliford Try group) in February 2005, the Urban Vision partnership is the first of its kind in the UK. Harnessing the skills and experience of experts across the design, property, planning and highways sectors, we deliver outstanding innovation across all service areas with a genuine commitment to service excellence.

The company name ‘Urban Vision’ was chosen as it succinctly communicates our core values and the aspirations of the team as a whole. We take pride in being a progressive, innovative and ever-evolving company, with a clearly defined vision for the future. We strive to lead our market, bringing together the very best expertise from the private and public sectors to deliver integrated solutions that meet the absolute requirements of our expanding client base.
