Quantity Surveying / Cost Control

At Urban Vision, all aspects of cost planning are on offer to prospective clients – including feasibility studies, business case preparation, cost modelling, design cost management and whole life cost planning.

Our Quantity Surveying team provides procurement services ranging from the preparation of Bills of Quantities, Employer Requirements and bespoke procurement documentation, to procurement of contractors and supply chain management.

We also offer construction phase management services and value management engineering, risk management, benchmarking, bid management, project audit, PFI/LIFT technical support, project management and planning supervision services. Additionally, we can also provide contractual advice, a full contract administration service, tenant consultation, dispute and claim settlement and the supervision of consultants/specialists.

Whilst a significant amount of our work is focussed on supplying consultancy services to the broad commercial sectors, our integrated service approach also sees us regularly collaborating with Urban Vision’s in-house design, development and facilities management teams on various complex projects and developments. Whatever the scope or budget of the project, from conception through to completion and ongoing maintenance, we can ensure strict cost control at every level for clients and collaborating teams alike.
