Quality performance and document management

Urban Vision provides expert advice on quality, health and safety and environmental management systems in accordance with the following management standards: ISO9001:2000 (quality), OHSAS18001 (health and safety), ISO14001:2004 (environmental) and the Business Excellence Model.

In addition to ensuring compliance and the highest standards across our own services, we assess the systems used by external companies carrying out work on behalf of Salford City Council (e.g. our construction partners) and provide advice and guidance to local authorities on implementing management systems that are ISO9001:2000, OHSAS18001 and ISO14001:2004 compliant.

To ensure we not only meet but also exceed client requirements and maintain consistency across our services, our staff uses our own in-house designed and maintained management system. We are actively seeking certification to ISO14001 and expect to achieve this by December 2007.
