Project management

Our Project Management team handles work across our entire range of client services in both commercial and private sectors. Working as part of a broader multi-disciplinary offering within Urban Vision, the Project Management team can handle large construction schemes, extensive programmes, the implementation of area initiatives, procurement, the obtaining of grant funding and coordination of grant claims, as well as providing general client support services.

We have two PRINCE 2 practitioner qualified project managers within the team, who provide dedicated project management services, and a large number of staff who project manage from within their individual professional disciplines.

Our project managers are conversant with numerous PM methodologies and tools and have managed projects within a range of service areas, including:

• Building Schools for the Future and PFS Academies and Other Schools framework projects – technical advisory role
• Complex multi-agency occupancy community facility projects
• Sports complexes
• Science/Innovation park projects
• Programme management of multi-client, multi-building projects
• Programme/project management of building condition survey projects
• Programme management of asbestos management

Additional planning supervisor services are provided for all types of building and landscape projects.
