Programme management

At Urban Vision, we provide a specialist service to manage programmes of development projects. Whether it be programmes of similar projects over a period of time (possibly up to 15 years), or programmes of multiple individual projects, as part of one overarching project, our Programme Management (PM) team has the experience and expertise to deliver  on time, to specification and within budget.

Some of the current programmes being managed by the PM team include:

• Salford Precinct/Tesco development project – involving individual projects, including church relocation, two school relocations, youth centre relocation, new Tesco store, new retail development, bus and taxi relocations, environmental works
• Selby town centre master planning work – working with colleagues at Kirklees BSF, to master plan the proposals for the outline business case

In addition to the dedicated PM team, Urban Vision also provides a level of programme management as an integral part of other key service areas – e.g. Highway Maintenance Works manage and deliver annually a significant programme of highway improvement and repair works.
