Land and property acquisitions

Urban Vision provides a full Land and Property Acquisition service on behalf of our clients.

We have an enviable depth of experience working with public sector clients on regeneration projects, acquiring in excess of £30million of assets on behalf of Salford Council /GMP/Central Salford URC since our formation two years ago.  

The major focus of our acquisition work has been individual residential properties acquired under the Housing Market Renewal Fund, whilst we have also been involved with some larger acquisitions of up to £3.5m.

Some of our recent land and property acquisition projects include:

• Acquisition of circa £12 m of land and property on behalf of Salford Council as part of the HMRF programme in 2006 / 07
• Acquisition of Victoria Bus Station on behalf of Central Salford URC
• Negotiating to acquire a site for a new Divisional Police HQ station in Bury on behalf of GMPA
• Completion of Acquisitions as part of the Manchester Salford Inner Relief Road and Irlam/ Cadishead bypass
