• A unique service created to provide Local Authority planning departments with the support needed to meet development control targets. With the ability to offer additional expertise in line with service demands, we are able to deliver improved performance and response times to provide greater customer satisfaction.
  
• Invest-to-save initiatives – Projects undertaken in accordance with robust business plans to increase the potential saving to the ‘public purse’ through improvements to the condition and safety of pubic highways, roads and pavements.
  
• School design – Under the Lancashire Building Schools for the Future initiative we are working to design and develop schools that are equally focused on sustainability concerns and learning outcomes. Taking a completely new approach to school development, our talented architectural and design teams are changing the current school model – working toward a design that considers the impact of the environment upon learning.
  
• Salford Construction Partnership – A partnership aimed at maximising new training and employment opportunities whilst supporting the growth and capacity of the construction sector.
