Facilities management

Covering new and existing buildings across office, educational, leisure, commercial and business settings, our Facilities Management (FM) team supports our clients’ core business functions through a complete range of financial, asset and operational services.

We currently provide a full FM service to Salford City Council for all its corporate office accommodation, and undertake:

• Day-to-day office accommodation management
• Tenant liaison to multi-occupied buildings
• Mobile portering
• Budget management, including authorisation of invoice payments
• Service contracts management (e.g. cleaning services, refuse removal, grounds maintenance)
• Building security – door access systems, CCTV installations, intruder alarms
• Fire safety – maintenance of equipment, fire risk assessments, training
• Out of hours office security – key holding, mobile patrols, static guarding services
• Management of office moves

Some of our key projects include:

• Quay Watch Security Service – introduction of a dedicated patrol and response service to businesses, offices, schools, industrial estates and sports centres
• Eccles Town Centre CCTV Control Centre – provision, design and management of the CCTV monitoring station
• Salford Opportunities Centre – delivery of FM services through a bespoke Service Level Agreement
• Salford City Council Replacement CCTV, Access Control, Door Entry – full system design and contract management from inception to completion.
