Disposals of land and buildings

A core aspect of Urban Vision’s Property Service is the disposal of land and buildings on behalf of our clients, generating in excess of £75 million on behalf of clients in the last two years alone.  

We are experienced in sales by way of private treaty, informal tender and auction and can provide advice on sales through joint venture or via a development agreement approach. We also provide advice in relation to profit share / overage / covenant issues.  

We understand the need for clients to secure the best possible return from their assets and work with them to secure this objective through detailed analysis of their requirements.

• Sale of former Wigan Police Headquarters on behalf of GMP - £1 million plus
• Sale of former Greenwood Special School on behalf of Salford City Council - £6 million plus
• Sale of Council homes via Right to Buy scheme running at £20 million per annum
• Sale of lands in Ordsall / Lower Broughton and Langworthy Seedley to Legendary Properties / Countryside Properties and Urban Splash through partnership development agreements
• Sale of land at Kersal High School to Opus Developments at £7.2 million
