Our Environment team offers a Contaminated Land Service that provides the necessary assessment, reporting, planning and design to maintain the health, safety and integrity of all property, associated communities and the environment.

• Contaminated land site investigation and risk assessment for proposed developments and Part 2A (Environmental Protection Act 1990)

• Detailed quantitative Human Health Risk Assessments

• Landfill and ground gas monitoring and risk assessment
• Remediation and verification projects for contaminated sites
• Bespoke support services including: designing best practice systems and support with Part 2A (Environmental Protection Act 1990)
• Contaminated land prioritisation and digitising for sites of potential concern
