We work closely with our clients to ensure ‘best fit’ suppliers, from contractors through to local supply chains, such as subcontractor’s and materials providers. We also liaise between sites and suppliers to ensure materials are competitively priced and delivered on time. Our procurement services include the preparation of evaluation methodologies, employers requirements, bespoke procurement documentation and staff training.
