Urban Vision has a strong working knowledge and expertise in process management concepts, including business process re-engineering, best practice and business process integration. Our team uses a variety of management tools and techniques, including cause and effect diagrams, PDCA and Pareto Analysis, to improve processes and solve problems, both internally and externally. Working across a number of service areas, including engineering and highways, building and development control and property management services, we advise a number of local authorities, and other public sector companies, across the UK on suitable and realistic improvements to their business processes. Our consultation analysis service provides guidance on the most suitable formats for researching customer views, including postal, online surveys and focus groups.
