Our Building Services Engineering team supports architectural design and engineering teams with a comprehensive mechanical and electrical (M&E) consultancy service.

We embrace sustainable design and always work towards design solutions that reduce consumption and minimise our carbon footprint. Our engineers are fully conversant with BREEAM evaluation tools and other sustainable design measures.

We undertake work in the environment sector and also have clients across the domestic, educational, leisure, commercial and industrial sectors, providing services from initial feasibility through to design, build, contract management and site inspection.

In addition to our work in the private sector, we are currently delivering services for Salford City Council’s entire construction portfolio. The team has completed several major scheme projects over recent months, including the provision of M&E design and contract management for Salford Sports Village and a new primary school and family centre in Ordsall.
